The article describes ethical concerns such as bias in the data used to build AI tools, patient privacy, patient autonomy, and predictions that cannot be explained. \r\n\r\nIt also proposes a process framework, A4R-OAI, to address them. We will discuss how these concerns and the framework apply to adolescent and young adult patients with cancer.\r\n\r\n
